2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website in any manner, including browsing, placing an order, or submitting a design, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;

    You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

    You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of this website.

If you are placing an order on behalf of an organisation or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

Custom-Made Variation Disclaimer: All products are custom-made to order. Minor variations in colour, shade, print placement, and sizing compared to digital previews or on-screen representations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects. Such variations may result from screen calibration differences, fabric texture, and production variables. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the custom production process.

Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of an explicit written confirmation from Bandhurai Enterprise via email or WhatsApp. Submission of an order form or payment alone does not constitute a binding confirmation until verified by our team.

4. Custom Design Responsibility

When you submit artwork, logos, photographs, text, images, or any other content for the purpose of printing or customisation, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the rightful owner of, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licences to use, the submitted content;

  • Your submitted content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent rights, of any third party;

  • Your submitted content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;

  • You accept full legal and financial responsibility for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content you submit.

Bandhurai Enterprise reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel any order where submitted designs are suspected to be unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, or in violation of any third-party rights, without incurring any liability to you. We do not verify the ownership of submitted designs and accept no responsibility for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied content.

5. Pricing & Orders

Pricing: All prices displayed on our website or communicated via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price for your order will be confirmed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

Order Rejection: Bandhurai Enterprise reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability of products, or failure to meet our design or content standards.

Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before production has commenced. Once an order has entered production, cancellation is not permitted and no refund will be issued.

Order Verification: We reserve the right to request additional information or verification before processing any order, including proof of ownership of submitted designs, identification, or payment confirmation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for all orders must be completed as confirmed by our team. We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Communication-based payment arrangements via WhatsApp or email

  • Any additional online payment gateways introduced by Bandhurai Enterprise in the future

Full payment or an agreed advance payment is required before production commences, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Bandhurai Enterprise. We reserve the right to withhold order processing until payment has been received and verified.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by the customer.

7. Production & Delivery

Production Timeline: Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedules.

Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Bandhurai Enterprise shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, natural events, public holidays, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Address Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and current delivery address at the time of placing the order. Bandhurai Enterprise will not be responsible for non-delivery or loss of goods resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any costs associated with re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be borne entirely by the customer.

Bulk & Corporate Orders: For bulk or corporate orders, production and delivery timelines will be agreed upon separately in writing. Additional lead time may be required.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
8.1 General Policy

All sales are final. Bandhurai Enterprise does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or variations inherent to the custom printing process. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the size guide on our website before placing an order. For any sizing queries, please contact us at info@bandhurai.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9883099719 prior to placing your order.

8.2 Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print error caused by us, or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@bandhurai.com with the following:

  • Your order reference number

  • A clear photograph of the defective or damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your submission and, where a valid defect or error is confirmed, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.

8.3 Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@bandhurai.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9883099719. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, brand elements, and software, is the exclusive property of Bandhurai Enterprise and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content on this website solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any content from this website without prior written permission

  • Sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute any website content

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
